I often say that I wish every person in the world was attuned to Reiki Level 1 because so many people are living in survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed, burned out, and carrying stress they were never taught how to regulate.

This Reiki Level 1 course is an invitation to return home to yourself, to rediscover the stillness, safety, and wisdom that already live within your body.

Guided by Integrative Therapist and Certified Reiki Master & Teacher with MA in Psychology, this course blends traditional Usui Reiki with a trauma-informed and embodied approach, where energy work meets nervous system awareness.

You’ll receive your first Reiki attunement, learn the foundations of energy anatomy, and begin using Reiki as a tool for self-healing, grounding, and emotional regulation. Through reflective practices, breathwork, and journaling, you’ll reconnect to your own energy field and learn how to cultivate inner balance in daily life.
