ABOUT ME

The Neurova Method™ is deeply personal to me. My work is shaped by my professional education and years of experience, but also by my own experience of growing up in an abusive environment and living for years in a state of survival.

Understanding the psychology behind my experiences gave me language and clarity, but it did not automatically change how my body responded to stress. My own healing taught me how deeply trauma can live in the nervous system, relationships, self-worth and our ability to feel safe in everyday life.

As an Integrative Therapist with an MA in Psychology and extensive experience in energy-based healing practices, I bring these worlds together. My approach combines psychological understanding, nervous system regulation and integrative healing to support change that can be felt in the way you respond, relate to yourself and move through your life.

I work with people who often carry a great deal of responsibility and are used to functioning well even when something inside them is exhausted.

My role is to offer a grounded, professional and deeply human space where you can put some of that weight down, be met without judgement, and work at a pace that respects your nervous system, privacy and individual experience.

THREE PILLARS BEHIND EVERYTHING I DO

WE WORK BENEATH THE COPING STRATEGY

01

What you are experiencing today often developed for a reason. We work with the protective responses and underlying needs beneath the behavior, rather than focusing only on managing the symptom.

YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM SETS THE PACE

02

Therapeutic work should never require you to override yourself. There is no pressure to disclose, perform vulnerability or move faster than you can integrate. Your boundaries, privacy and capacity remain part of the process.

SAFETY IS PART OF THE METHOD

03

Emotional safety is not treated as an extra. The way each session is structured, paced and facilitated is designed to support regulation, trust and deeper therapeutic work without unnecessary overwhelm.
