Reiki Level 1
Learn Reiki from a therapist and build a practice you can actually use in everyday life.
I often say I wish everyone was attuned to Reiki Level 1.
I don’t believe Reiki replaces therapy, mental health care, or the very human work of learning how to navigate difficult emotions. I say it because so many of us were never taught what to do when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected from our bodies, emotionally depleted, or stuck in survival mode.
Reiki became one of the practices I can return to without needing an appointment, another person, or the perfect circumstances.
And that is what I want to teach you.
