The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle: a natural pause before growth begins. Before we ask ourselves to move forward, create change, or set new intentions, we first need space to restore.
New Moon Restoration is a trauma-informed moon ceremony created to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and create the inner conditions for new intentions to take root.
This New Moon takes place in the sign of Cancer, the sign most closely connected with emotional safety, intuition, home, and belonging. Cancer reminds us that growth begins with creating a secure foundation within ourselves. It invites us to soften, listen more closely to our emotional needs, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been asking for care rather than pushing.
