You can understand your patterns, know where they come from and recognize what needs to change, and still notice the same tension, emotional weight or protective responses showing up in your body.
Insight matters, but emotional wellbeing also depends on having space to process what we experience, recognize what we have been carrying and integrate what we already understand intellectually.
Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute trauma-informed experience designed to create that space.
Through guided reflection, grounding, embodiment and intentional ritual, we step away from the constant need to analyze, solve and keep going, and create time to notice what is happening internally.
Ritual has been used across cultures to mark transitions, endings and new beginnings.
