A 3-month process for deeper pattern work and internal restoration. This container is designed for those who are ready to move beyond surface-level change and begin working at the root of their patterns. Many patterns are not only learned: they are protective. They develop in response to experiences where your system had to adapt, suppress, or disconnect in order to cope. This work focuses on gently accessing those deeper layers, creating the conditions for your system to reconnect, repair, and respond differently over time. Over three months, we combine psychological insight, nervous system support, and energy work to guide a deeper process of change. This includes: - understanding how your patterns were formed - recognizing how they show up in your daily life - supporting your nervous system in moving out of stress and protection modes - creating space for reconnection with parts of yourself that may feel distant or unavailable This is not a quick process but a gradual return to internal coherence. Soul Retrieval Process In the third month, we include a Soul Retrieval Ceremony. This focuses on reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been pushed away or disconnected through past experiences. This can relate to: - emotional parts that were suppressed - aspects of self that feel “lost” - a sense of disconnection from your identity or inner world The intention is not to fix, but to restore connection and wholeness from within.
