Full Moon Integration is a 90-minute embodied experience designed to slow the nervous system down, bring attention back into the body and create space to process what has been building emotionally.

This Full Moon in Libra brings our attention to relationships, balance and boundaries, especially the balance between what we give to others and what we need ourselves.

The body often recognizes imbalance before the mind is ready to name it. We may feel it through tension, tiredness, irritation, emotional sensitivity or the sense that we have been giving more than we have capacity for.
