The Full Moon has a way of bringing to the surface what we’ve been carrying beneath our awareness. Rather than pushing through, this special Full Moon edition of Neurova Restoration invites you to slow down, soften, and give your nervous system the opportunity to rest.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao, shared with intention, followed by a gentle guided relaxation to help your body shift out of constant alertness and into a state of greater ease. Throughout the evening, you’ll receive collective Reiki and therapeutic sound while resting comfortably, allowing yourself to simply be supported.
